We offer an in-depth assessment of your organization

plus a 1-hr coaching call for a small investment.

BENEFITS: The goal is to increase your awareness

and bring clarity to your change motives, goals, design, and strategy.

Details: Private access to in-depth assessment + 1-hr coaching call.

The goal for the 1-hr call will be to help define your change reality based on the assessment.

Up to 3 additional 30- minute coaching calls available for strategy clarification.

CHANGE COMMUNITIES

We offer group coaching for like-minded leaders to experience transformation in what we call "change communities." You will join other change makers who hope to learn more about how to activate and sustain change in your organizations.

BENEFITS: The goal of this signature package is to equip you to be the change leader you want to be. Research-based teaching and coaching will structure an experiential learning community with at least 4+ other like-minded leaders. This change community will be your lab for social connection, transformation, and activation.

Details: Dates and times will be determined collectively by the group.
