Ever since I was a child, I've wanted to change the world - especially by influencing positive change for the most vulnerable amongst us. I've met many change leaders who've wanted to do the same, but witnessed them hurting others rather than partnering for the common good. My passion to reverse this experience and to provide data-driven, wise change leadership strategy is the reason this institute exists. I have a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Educational Studies w/a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University. My greatest joy is developing relationships with those I've had the privilege of leading, teaching, and coaching on change and innovation.
